Sabiha
Director
Sabiha (BA Hons) has over 20 years’ experience working in social care and founded TulipCare in 2008 with the aim of transforming the lives of children in care. Sabiha works together with the senior team to ensure the services provided are safe, effective, comply with regulations and deliver the best outcomes for our young people.

Chan
Operations Manager
Chan is the operational lead for our services; overseeing our homes, school, and staffing teams. Chan joined TulipCare in 2011 after completing her degree in Youth Justice, and later undertaking her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, leading to her role of Operations Manager in 2020. Chan is highly committed to ensuring the children in our care feel supported, cared for and achieve their potential.

Dr Simone
Clinical Psychologist
Dr Simone is our clinical psychologist consultant and oversees the therapeutic provision. She has over 15 years of research and clinical experience in the field psychology in addition to a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and PhD in Psychological medicine. Dr Simone is trained in CBT, DBT, EFT, EMDR and adopts an attachment- based and trauma informed approach to psychological therapy.

Mandy
Head of Education
Mandy (BSc, DTTLS) is the lead for all things education at TulipCare. Mandy has worked in the education sector for over 18 years and joined TulipCare in 2016. Mandy has a passion for working with children with special educational needs and has extensive experience working with children disengaged with education, promoting inclusion and improving behaviour and academic attainment.

Sarka
HR Officer
Sarka is the HR Officer at TulipCare, bringing experience in compliance, recruitment and organisational management across healthcare and social care. She has developed expertise in recruitment strategies, HR processes and regulatory compliance, and is passionate about creating a supportive working environment for staff. Sarka places a strong emphasis on wellbeing and is motivated to make a positive difference to the lives of children and young people through her role.

Hamida
Administrator
Hamida is the administrator at TulipCare, providing support to our homes, school and staff from our central office. She brings over 7 years’ experience in administration within the education sector, including supporting students in an alternative provision. Hamida has developed a strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable young people and is committed to using her wide-ranging skills to support the team in delivering high-quality care and education.

Denika
Home Manager
Denika has been part of TulipCare since 2018, progressing from Deputy Manager to Home Manager in 2023. She is completing her Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare, building on more than 10 years’ experience in social care. Denika is passionate about supporting children who have experienced trauma, helping them to heal, grow, and achieve their potential.

Stella
Home Manager
Stella has over 16 years’ experience working with children in residential and educational settings, including as Deputy Manager of a children’s care home before joining TulipCare as Home Manager in 2025. She holds a BA in Health and Social Care, alongside Level 5 qualifications in Leadership and Management and Education and Training (SEND). Stella is passionate about supporting looked after children, helping them to feel safe, build confidence and reach their potential.
